All of our classes are a great way to extend your workout, inject some new ideas into your training programme, and meet our PTs. Suitable for all abilities  aged 14+

Stretch & Tone

Increase your flexibility, lengthen and tone muscles, improve your strength and  sense of wellbeing. Fantastic for reinvigorating tired muscles, compliments cardio and weight training, helping to prevent injury.

Self Defence ( Women Only) 🚺 Please Enquire

Feel and be empowered to protect yourself in all situations.

Develop skills in prevention, reaction and how to bring equality and balance into aggressive situations. Learn how to disarm your opponent, channel stress and bring on your natural resilience.

This course is ideal for women who lone work, travel or who just wish to get fitter and build their self defence confidence to be able to handle all situations.

Kettlebells

Squat, dip and swing your way to a fitter you. Develop strength, power and flexibility with kettlebells. maximise your cardiovascular potential in this fun class for all abilities.

Boxing

Using our full range of boxing equipment, step through the ropes to experience all the advantages of a boxers workout, without any contact. Suitable for all levels, This is not Boxercise!!

HIIT 

Interval training at its most effective, make this an essential part of your workout to help blast fat and develop full body definition.

Astro Burn

Get on track…A mash up of cardio, strength training, intervals and stretching tasing the astro track, to help you get make the most of your workouts. An excellent inclusion to your training plan to hit all your muscle groups.

Run Fit Run Strong – Priced separately

Strength and interval based running group with a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Run Leader and Coach in Running Fitness.

Metcon

Metabolic conditioning – Combination of endurance, compound and bodyweight exercises to torch those calories!

Youth Boxing  (13 +) 

Young persons boxing class covering all the boxing moves. Have fun whilst developing fitness, technique and discipline. This is a drop in class, £5 on the day
