Low Impact HIIT

Learn instruction in good form and technique in this low impact high intensity class that’s pelvic floor friendly.

Strength and sculpting/ stability/ cardio/ core work…but not as you know it!

Circuits

A varied fun and  fast paced circuits class, ideal for those wanting to mix up their workouts.

Boxercise

An ideal full body workout combining Boxing with HIIT and strength moves.
