Wendy is your go-to woman whether you are wanting to maintain your strength and fitness safely during pregnancy, or are seeking to rehab your core once baby arrives so that you can get back to the activities you enjoy.

Using a holistic approach, she also coaches women on how to lessen the symptoms of incontinence, prolapse and other pelvic floor dysfunctions, and supports peri-to-menopause women to make lifestyle changes to be able to embrace their power years ahead.
